6. Are they working for my company full-time? 

Yes, they will be working for your company full-time. 

7. Who manages them? 

As with all full-time employees, you will be managing them directly. We will help by providing supervision, and also a community of other developers who they will work physically with for peer support. 

8. How much does it cost? 

You will pay on average only between HK$3,600-HK$5,400 as a monthly salary for a junior developer (0-2 years experience)!

We only charge a one-time successful placement fee of 20% of his/her annual salary, plus a recurring monthly fee that covers payroll, insurance, office space, and other miscellaneous expenses at cost.

Your all-in monthly expenses, excluding placement fee, would start at only HK$6,000!

10. Is there a guarantee plan in place? How about refunds?

If during the 90 days you find that the employee is unfit or vice versa, we will provide a replacement for free within 60 days. The guarantee period will continue once the replacement is on board.

If we fail to find you a replacement within 60 days, we will give you a 50% refund on the hiring fee.

If the employee quits after the 90 day guarantee period, we can give you a replacement discount on the hiring fee based on how many months are left within the one-year employment contract.

The minimum period of the employment contract is 1 year.  

3. Do I have to apply work permits for them?  

No need! We will hire them under our local entities and outsource them full time to you. 

4. Do you offshore other professions other than engineers?

We can also hire designers, marketers, project managers, and more!

Some of our clients usually have a full team of engineers & designers placed in our sites for easier collaborations.

5. Do I have to provide a laptop for the employees?

Glints do not provide laptops for talents. You may ask the talent to use their own, provide one with the right specs for them, or 
we may purchase your types of equipment locally and charge you at cost.

9. Do we have to provide their accommodation and transportation?
 

Nope! The only time you will have to provide this is when they’re visiting Hong Kong, or Singapore (if you have a regional office there) for work.
